  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche
  • 1/4 cup crushed digestive biscuits
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream with vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.
  2. Layer crushed digestive biscuits at the bottom of serving cups.
  3. Add a layer of dulce de leche over the biscuits.
  4. Slice bananas and layer them on top of the dulce de leche.
  5. Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the bananas.
  6. Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a healthier version, use Greek yogurt instead of heavy cream.
