  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Press the hash browns into a greased pizza pan to form a crust.
  3. Bake the crust for about 25 minutes until crispy.
  4. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham until browned.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper, then pour over the cooked crust.
  6. Top with cheese and the cooked meats.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the eggs are set.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
