Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized tips
  • 2 cups rigatoni pasta
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  4. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet.
  6. Stir to combine, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  7. Add cooked rigatoni and stir until well coated.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
