  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, cumin, coriander, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into oval kofta shapes.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the koftas until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt to make the garlic yogurt sauce.
  5. Serve the koftas hot with the garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
