  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar and vanilla.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream and flour until just combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
