  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and creamy.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder; gently fold into the egg mixture.
  4. Spread the batter evenly in a greased jelly roll pan.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Invert the cake onto a powdered sugar dusted towel and roll it up while warm.
  7. Let it cool completely before filling.
