Delightful and easy to prepare, these Christmas sausage rolls will impress your guests with flavorful turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams turkey bacon
  • 300 grams chicken ham
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
  4. Spoon the filling onto one end of each pastry rectangle.
  5. Roll the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
