Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
