  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Add the garlic and bell peppers, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the peppers are tender.
