This Easy Chicken Enchiladas Recipe is a quick and flavorful dinner delight that will please the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce, 1/2 cup of cheese, diced onions, and garlic powder.
  3. Spoon the chicken mixture into each tortilla, roll them up, and place in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped green chilies to the chicken mixture.
  • Serve with sour cream and salsa.
