1 cup heavy cream
3 large egg whites
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 package tartlet shells

Instructions
In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate over a pot of simmering water until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream, then fold in the egg whites until well combined.
