  • 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup au jus sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Spread Dijon mustard on each tortilla.
  2. Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on each tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the roll ups, seam side down.
