Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 egg (beaten)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a small saucepan, mix honey, Sriracha, and soy sauce, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Toss cooked meatballs in the glaze before serving.
