A creamy and cheesy loaded potato casserole that’s perfect for any dinner.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, approximately 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add sour cream, cheese, milk, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Mash until smooth.
  5. Fold in bacon and green onions.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and slightly golden on top.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your indulgent dish!

Notes
