- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in the mushrooms, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream and half of the provolone cheese.
- Combine the beef mixture with the cream mixture in a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
