- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into a loaf shape.
- Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until browned.
- Pour in the beef broth and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Once the meatloaf is done, slice and serve with mushroom gravy over the top.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add minced garlic to the meatloaf mixture.
