  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mix of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb and cheese mixture.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  8. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes before adding chopped parsley.
  9. Serve the chicken drizzled with the creamy garlic sauce.
