1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and soy sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Once meatballs are cooked, transfer them to the saucepan and coat with the cranberry sauce.
Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped parsley as a garnish.
