2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
1 package Red Lobster biscuit mix
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Pour the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish.
Prepare the Red Lobster biscuit mix according to package instructions and drop spoonfuls over the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the biscuits.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Notes
For a creamier filling, add more milk or use half-and-half.
