  • 1 pound fresh salmon, Skinless
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 avocado medium-sized, ripe
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
