  • 2 medium onions, caramelized
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the caramelized onions, garlic powder, and thyme. Stir until well combined. Remove from heat.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
