  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the sweet potatoes.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the grated sweet potatoes with salt, pepper, paprika, and the chopped turkey bacon.
  4. Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the sweet potato mixture to the skillet and press down with a spatula to form a flat layer.
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
