A delicious twist on a classic Spanish garlic soup featuring turkey bacon for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
