  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, stir in flour to make a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth, then add cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika, stirring until melted.
  5. Combine cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham in a baking dish.
  6. Pour cheese sauce over the mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
