- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
- Gradually add the milk, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens.
- Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, turkey bacon, chicken ham, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

- For extra creaminess, add more cheese.
