A rich and creamy turtle cheesecake topped with caramel and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and pecans.
  5. Pour mixture over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes.
  6. Let cool, then drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate sauce.
  • Let the cheesecake chill overnight for best results.
