- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate sauce
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and pecans.
- Pour mixture over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Let cool, then drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce before serving.
